Have you prayed today?

Today, Ascension Day, marks the first day for the 10 days of constant prayer for the world, The Global Day of Prayer. People of other religions may see Christianity as divided due to the many denominations but I have to say that this event is a good reflection of the unity in the body of Christ. However I pray that this is not an annual thing but a constant reminder to all Christians that we belong to one body--Christ. We may have different values & may differ in practices, this is for God to judge when we are in heaven. All we can do is what we're called to do: To love God with all we are & to love one another as we love ourselves.

I hope that this will be a mark to start praying for our brothers & sisters in Christ, & also to those unsaved out there. Let the world see the Christ in us... & the best way is through our lifestyles. Amen!
