It is Him...

This historical figure influences my life ever since I got to know him more. Never have I seen someone with such great love and compassion for the world.

He was born in the lineage of a royal family, with wisdom no one can compare but he humbled himself like any other common people. He helped the poor, widowed and orphaned. He taught us to obey our parents and submit to authorities.

He was a doctor to many. He provided food for thousands. He embraced those who were being despised by the society. He rebuked those who were in the wrong, for their sake of realising the truth. The greatest thing he did was, he was accused of things he did not do, yet he did not defy and took the sole blame on behalf of many. Hence he suffered the most costly punishment—death.

In his whole life on earth, as recorded in the most popular book of all time (which was being sold worldwide for billions of copies), he taught me the most valuable thing in life—to love others as yourself. He showed me the guidelines to life, and that is how I am going to live it. His book is my reference to all solutions.

His name is Jesus Christ.

What I meant by "he was accused of things he did not do" is, He took our blame, our pain, our shame... What doesn't belong to Him was, at that time, all His.. Be it in the past, present or future. Thank You Jesus...

By the way, this is Michelle's essay to NTU on who influence her... :) All glory to God!
