Days 21 to 27
Day 21: Walk of FaithDo not be discouraged by our lack of resources to help. God will provide if He destine you to help a particular person or organisation.
Day 22: A Chance to Die
Amy Carmichael is really inspirational. I pray for a heart that is like that, that of Jesus. Everybody deserves a range of rights such as: to financial security, marriage, comfort, decent accommodation, be with family, be received, be understood, life. When they lack any of these, we, who have it, play a part to help them attain them.
Day 23: War on Poverty
Poverty is everywhere. What about Singapore? I believe there are people, or even families, in Singapore trying to make ends meet. Feeling helpless for not knowing where I can get these people... I believe not all of them are supported or known by voluntary welfare organisations.
Day 24: Chasing Spiritual Highs
From this passage, it is really important to know where Godwants you to be at a particular season. For me, this season, I'm really sure I belong to the marketplace & to serve my company for God's glory. Even if it is against our will, ask for a yielding spirit so that we will no go in circles.
Day 25: Loving Adam
2 Lessons: It is only through dying (to ourselves and/or the people we are living for; to flesh) that we can live an abundant life; God uses the foolish to confound the wise.
Day 26: Small Things Great Love
It is better to do small things with great love than to do great things but with small love. Sounds so easy but so difficult to put into practise.
Day 27: Power to Bless
With regards to all the bad things that is happening around the world, it is not that God is powerless or not sovereign. God "wants to change the world through His people. He wants to work together with us. " What a privilege, but are we ready & willing to work with God?
