TODAY'S WHISPER: Live by God's Law, not Murphy's!
TODAY'S VERSE: Psalm 1:2,3 [The Message Bible]: "Instead you thrill to GOD's Word, you chew on Scripture day and night. You're a tree replanted in Eden, bearing fresh fruit every month, never dropping a leaf, always in blossom."
TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: Psalm 1
Have you ever encountered any of the following statements?
"If anything can go wrong, it will."
"If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong."
"If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something."
"Nature always sides with the hidden flaw."
"Smile . . . tomorrow will be worse."
"Every solution breeds new problems."
"The chance of the buttered side of the bread falling face down is directly proportional to the cost of the carpet."
"No matter how long or how hard you shop for an item, after you've bought it, it will be on sale somewhere cheaper."
"The other line always moves faster."
"Left to themselves, things tend to go from bad to worse."
These are all part of what society has labeled "Murphy's Law." Interestingly enough, many people seem to live their lives based on these negatively-oriented principles. And many marketers in this 21st century still use them to persuade potential customers into buying their products or services. Crazy!!
We as born-again Christian believers do NOT need to live by negative statements or prophesies. On the contrary, we are blessed in and out and have full access to divine healing and prosperity because of what Jesus did for us once and for all! The key here is to believe God and abide to God's Word. For allowing negativity to cloud our thoughts will only result in confusion and forfeited blessings.
Forget Murphy! Trust God! And celebrate your daily victories!

TODAY'S PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for being the Eternal Yahve-Jireh --my sole Provider for everything I need. I commit to trust you 100% despite my circumstances, for only You know best, and have already blessed me with divine grace and favor. Teach me to be content at whatever stage I find myself, and to always find opportunities to praise You. In Jesus' precious name, amen.
